Welcome to Grell Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website https://grellenterprises.autos/ or our vehicle shipping services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Grell Enterprises operates as a licensed vehicle shipping agent and broker. We arrange auto transport services with vetted, insured motor carriers on behalf of our customers.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if vehicle details, pickup/delivery addresses, or transport type differ from the original request.
Once a carrier has been dispatched, deposits may be non-refundable. Cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
All carriers in our network carry cargo insurance. Grell Enterprises is not directly liable for damage during transit; claims must be filed with the assigned carrier and their insurance provider in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, be present at pickup and delivery, remove personal belongings from the vehicle, and ensure the vehicle is ready for transport.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the brokerage fees paid for the specific shipment in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
